Thank you so much to everyone for listening to and watching “Happy Birthday (pt. 2).” This song has been with me for almost exactly 13 years — we’ve been through a lot together, and I’m excited that it’s now yours too.

What began as a light-hearted, happy-go-lucky birthday song for a friend, seemed to take on a life of its own. It may have veered from my cheerful intention, but as I see it– a little hopefulness was found... Much to my surprise, it quickly became my most requested and “go-to” song. And so it has remained.

I’m grateful for all the hearts I’ve come across, sat down with, held on to, and even simply brushed against. Each one has its place and mark in the big picture. Every one of them is significant to me. Thank you ♥️. x
