http://www.vladtv.com - "When it's not right, you gon' do it 360 times," said rapper Kurupt when asked about the musical process with Dr. Dre. Mr. "One-Take Willie From Philly" was always up for the task in his prime, and in this exclusive clip he takes a look back to the time when he first began working with the legendary Death Row Records.
"The first record Dr. Dre allowed me to be on was [The Chronic's] 'Stranded On Death Row'" remembers Kurupt. "That's when I knew I was officially in." Also known as Young Gotti, he says "making the cut" with Dre is "not easy," but with a super confident grin he replies that he made it happen every time.
Check out what else Kurupt had to say about working with the Cali enterprise, and how these days he has to work a bit harder to make his tracks "perfection," above.
