This evening we celebrate the life and work of the ground-breaking composer, arranger and band leader Letieres Leite, from Bahia Brazil, who passed away unexpectedly a month ago at the end of October. Featuring performances by his innovative Orkestra Rumpilezz together with Arturo O'Farrill, Steven Bernstein, The Letieres Leite Quinteto, the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra and more.
