Measure number 8: A minor (7) and D7 are the chords of this measure. The last note is C# or Db, a overblow on hole 4. Chord 8 is, from the perspective of traditional blues the end of the repetition of first statement of a typical blues lyric. So we have a little movement of harmony here to underline that musically.
Maybe not perfect described, but some thoughts you can think about for yourself.
