Here we come to measure 4, normally we have only F7 in this bar on a F blues. But here we have Cm7 AND F7! This starts the change to bar 5 and it’s Bb already in this bar because it‘s a II V I:
Cm7 is the chord we can build from the second (II) note of the Bb scale, F7 is the chord we can build from the fifth (V) note of the Bb scale and Bb of course is the chord we can build from the first (I) note of the Bb scale. So we can play first position from bar 4 ????
