In this What A Wonderful World guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play a nice solo guitar arrangement of this classic song.

The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.

This solo guitar arrangement might be a little different from the ones you typically see. It is played with pick-style guitar. Most solo guitar arrangements use finger-style playing to more easily bring the melody out over the chords. Feel free to play it finger-style if that is your preferred way to play.

This arrangement uses a lot of the harmonic ideas that are being played by the string section on the original recording. For the most part it uses just simple major and minor chords, but spiced throughout the arrangement are some very cool jazzy harmonies which I also incorporated into this arrangement.

I will cover each section of the song in the order that each appears on the original recording. The video lesson begins with a full performance of the arrangement.
