The song was originally written for the "Ball run" demo. Unfortunately the number did not make it into the playlist when selecting tracks for the "80s Metal Band" album. This demo recording has already been published once as an SDI contribution to the MDD sampler "Hymns of the Underground".

When the idea came up to re-master and release the recordings of our first album "Satans Defloration Incorporated" after "Sign of the wicked" and "Mistreated", we decided to really record "Make my day" again and as a bonus track re-release on the remastered album. With real drums and the remarkable guitar work by Chris on this new recording, it turned out to be a really cool number. Aljoscha Sieg's flawless metal mix also fits like a "fist on the eye". We are very proud of the title!
