Welcome to Day 3 of our “Merukhand series” ✨
I really hope you are having fun with this series :))

everyday I am posting one set of swars for y’all to practice along :)
So that in a week’s time we are able to establish the correct place of each note in our minds , i.e. the swar sthan

P.s. This isn’t for just one week, this is a repetitive process until you find confidence in yourself regarding the positions of notes ???? so everyday practice is must !

Also, you will have to repeat this exercise for as long as it takes until you find a sense of confidence in hitting the notes …so there isn’t a specific number but you will know when you know :)

????write down all the notes one each on a piece of card , write them big !
????paste them on your wall as shown in the video where you can see then often
????now whenever you happen to see them during the day, repeat this exercise:)
????most important- have fun with it :)
????if you sincerely do this I promise you will have achieved a swar sense
????go really slow in the beginning, then gradually increase the speed and then try with rhythm
????you have to point the swar that you sing, this will create a sense of direction for the voice to follow
????Aakaar is a must - you can try this with different vowels sounds also
???? most important- have fun with it ????
