Hi!
This beginner lesson alternates triplets between a RLRLRL pattern and a RLLRLL pattern (practice with both right and left hand leading.)
Practice this exercise with a metronome and focus on timing, and make sure the RLL sounds just as smooth and even as the RLR. This exercise also helps with gaining speed on your weak hand. Bonus!
