The Wall Street Journal crowned Rhonda Vincent the New Queen of Bluegrass in 2000.
Rhonda is featured on the Elton John / Bernie Taupin Tribute project "Restoration" singing a duet with Dolly Parton on the song "Please."
Rhonda Vincent & The Rage won a Grammy in 2017 for "Best Bluegrass Album" for their project "All The Rage - Volume One". Rhonda Vincent joined her fellow Grand Ole Opry member "Vince Gill" for the closing bell ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange. Rhonda Vincent was made an official member of The Grand Ole Opry on February 6, 2021. She waited 343 days from the date of her invitation on February 28, 2020 to her induction on February 6, 2021. The induction of Rhonda Vincent to the Grand Ole Opry was historic in two way - it was the longest time in the history of the Grand Ole Opry that anyone had waited from their invitation to be inducted. Rhonda & her brother Darrin Vincent (a member of Grand Ole Opry members Dailey & Vincent) are the first brother & sister to hold separate Grand Ole Opry Memberships. Rhonda & Darrin are from Greentop, Missouri, population 350, located in North Missouri near the Iowa border. The pair grew up in a musical family, and toured the world as The Sally Mountain Show.
