Harmonica Effects: How to make a harmonica sound like an organ
Here is a demo of the TC Electronics Sub n Up Mini and Strymon Lex for harmonica. The Sub n Up is set to the Polyphonic Organ setting. Personally, I just use the Lex and play octaves, but the Sub n Up definitely adds to the vibe.
