http://www.vladtv.com - Jermaine Dupri and Rolls Royce Rizzy sat down for an exclusive interview with VladTV, where the So So Def CEO revealed how he found his new artist. The Atlanta music mogul explains that he was researching We Are Toonz's "Nae Nae" dance, and came upon Royce Rizzy's "Gah Damn" track.
Jermaine says that when he saw kids dancing to Royce's track he knew that it had a following in Atlanta, and reached out about jumping on the track because the language spoke to him. Once the two met in the studio, Royce Rizzy put himself out there by asking about Jermaine signing artists to So So Def, and Dupri admits he wasn't even thinking about that at the time.
