Here's a bass guitar lesson on how to use the Nashville Number System (NNS) to make it easier to transpose songs from one key to another using numbers and patterns rather than notes.
Assign a number to each note in the Major scale, then use the numbers rather than having to memorize the notes. This makes it easier to transpose the song to a different key.
