She attributes her fast turnaround with her body having muscle memory, as she explained that her body was in top condition before having a baby.
Speaking about her workout routine, Rasheeda says that she's getting her cardio in about three times a week, but made sure that everything she was doing was healthy.
When asked if she had any help from liposuction, Rasheeda was adamant that she's never had work done, though she isn't shading people who worked hard and can't get rid of certain problem areas.
