A great way to increase your accuracy is sharpshooting exercises.
You set one note as a constant, start with a small interval like a 2nd, and then gradually expand the intervals, with whatever pattern or articulation quality you need to improve the most.
When working on an exercise of this kind, a key concept is that you start by finding the most resonant “bottom” of the starting note.
If the first note starts off in a less resonant way, it rarely gets better during the course of the exercise.
However, if you hit bullseye on the first note, it sets the bar for what kind of tone quality and articulation quality you’re aiming for on the next ones.
With spaced repetitions and patience, you can steadily increase your accuracy and confidence.
