Monday Motivation- this week is a cool one. I've always used music to help get me through emotions and getting focused and motivated to do hard things can definitely be one of those areas where music might just push me that little bit harder to get through. In sports and life I've used this track to prepare myself for situations where I need to give it everything I have or where I may not feel confident, I suggest finding something like this, not necessarily this but a song, poem, mantra, quote something that can get you through tough things or sometimes just monotany.

If you would like this original track without my voiceover just message me and I'll send it.

Also first Vid on the channel, so here I'll start with introducing myself.

I am a Colombian-born, Buffalo, NY-raised multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and composer. I graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2020 with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production and a minor in Music & Society: Global Studies.

My musical journey began at age six with the guitar. Over 20 years, I've come to learn nine instruments: Guitar, Piano, Bass, Drums, Vocals, EWI, Trumpet, Alto Saxophone, and the Guitcellin.
I started songwriting and music production at 13, learning from exceptional teachers who shaped me into a well-rounded musician. I've also shared my knowledge by providing private music lessons for several years. In 2023, I founded Musicians Performance Academy, offering online and in-person lessons for guitar, piano, bass, drums, and vocals. More info can be found at MusiciansPerformanceAcademy.com.

My career goals include establishing some sort of recording studio, record label, and music festival. Additionally, I've studied Spanish for over a decade and enjoy cultural exploration, traveling, and expanding my global awareness.

Beyond music, I enjoy photo/videography, playing soccer, skiing, snowboarding, chess, and practicing Jiu Jitsu. I look forward to connecting with fellow musicians, artists, and industry professionals who share my passion for music, creativity, and learning.
