This song is for anyone who has every felt like living life is unbearable or has lost someone who gave up on life.
I wrote a few years ago, when one of my co-workers hung himself. I had so many thoughts running through my head during time. I literally woke up one morning, half awake, half asleep, with these thoughts going through my mind. It wasn't the first time someone I knew ended their own life. But it brought all the thoughts and feelings of the times before. "Was there anything I could have done to make a difference." is a common question that lingers with many of us when this happens. I don't know if there was anything I could have done to make that difference but I knew I really wanted and needed to write this song.
