nasha - Somebody New

San Francisco-based singer-songwriter Nasha cut her teeth in local indie radio, but decided that late nights listening to Beach House weren't enough -- she needed to write her own songs. Drawing on her years of bedroom guitar covers, she spent her Covid lockdown honing her art and developing an authentic, heartfelt sonic style. Baring her soul in sheet music, Nasha delves into relationships past and present to explore the joys and pains of opening yourself up to another person. Her bright, breathy vocals play a counterpoint to bouncing synths and driving bass, making for a musical landscape that's as likely to drive you to tears as it is to make you get up and dance.
