the NDEI (Neurological Disturbance Experimental Institution) focuses on creating artificial sounds to recreate very specific chemical balances in the brain that match frequencies of certain parallel universes in order to firther examine the reasoning and causes of different typed of seemingly other-worldly emotional disturbances. The NDEI has composed a 45 minute album that will be used to experiment with subjects and examine the emotions they feel while listening to gather evidence that the frequencies of parallel universes connect with the recreation of sounds recorded using spatial boundary penetration as well as NAT (Nucleiothermal Audio Transducer.)
