After 10 years over the Roads of Europe, USA and Australia, Nico is Back with his new Band THE SPARKS.
The 100% original repertoire fruitfully blends various influences including Louisiana rhythm & blues, early soul, Rockin’ Gospel, Country & Tex Mex Music, elements reminiscent of Johnny " Guitar " Watson, Robert Ward, The Ohio Untouchables, and Doug Sahm, or 60's Songwriting of Roy Orbison.

Après 10 ans passés sur les routes d’Europe et d’Amérique et 5 Albums, c’est aujourd’hui avec son nouveau Combo « THE SPARKS », que Nico revient.
Un répertoire (original à 100%) où se croisent toutes les influences des musiques « digérées », qui fleurent bon le terroir (rhythm and blues louisianais, early soul, rockin’ gospel, Tex Mex sound, jungle, Country) quelques réminiscences qui nous font penser ici et là à Robert Ward & The Ohio Untouchables, Pops Staple, Johnny Guitar Watson … Ou encore, Doug Sahm ou Roy Orbison dans sa période song writer 60’s .
