TBOC means "The Best Of Chico" - Music from Chico, California.
Recorded in Chico area, around the early 1990s.

Northrox consists of Kenny Williams on guitar and vocals, Christian Chipola on drums, and Richard on bass. Kenny plays a Stratocaster and uses a Marshall amp. Christian wrote the song "So Complete" and composed the piano music. All music and lyrics are owned by Kenny Williams and Christian Chipola.
