Simply... The notes in D Half Diminished ( which is the 2 chord in a Minor key) are D F Ab and C
If you put a Bb underneath it... you get a Bb7 ( 9) chord. Lets play our Bb7 Be-Bop Scale over it. whoop whoop!

When we hit the G7b9 ( which is the 5 chord in a Minor key) we can play C harmonic Minor Scale over that and a great shape to use is the D Diminished arpegio ( D F Ab B). Learn how all these notes resolve to C minor...
D goes up to Eb
B goes up to C
F can go either up to G or down to Eb ( lets go up)
Ab goes down to G
Perfect voice leading, perfect resolutions.

On the 2 chord play the Dominant 7th Be-Bop Scale
On the 5 chord play the Dim arp, resolve it beautifully
and then C minor you are good to go!

Then transpose it in every Key ( Ouch)
