In this guitar lesson I will show you how to play "How Bizarre" by OMC. "How Bizarre" was a huge hit in the 90's. It has a really cool guitar riff intro using 3rds from the C major scale. There isn't much to this song, so i added in the female vocal melody and a guitar solo. We will be using triads with a spanky ska rhythm to play the female singer's part on the guitar. We will also cover the harmonica and trumpet parts heard in the middle of the song. The solo at the end is just some improvised noodling straight out of C major pentatonic. Always keep in mind that soloing is all about phrasing. It's not what you play, but how you play it. Until next time, practice with a beat and have fun!
