We looked at Goldilocks zone planets, peered at them for almost a century, while life was thriving on countless small exomoons of gas giants.
I think I've found it.
Stable orbit, breathable atmosphere. Gravity is a bit weaker, but within range. Manageable volcanic activity, low radiation.
And a lot of water. Pure, drinkable. Two enormous oceans, rich with caves and pockets along the shores yet to be studied.
And the best part—the view. Colossal clouds, light, not held by strong gravity, much lower, fluffier, truly majestic, framing the parent planet, which has a metallic gleam due to the composition of its gases.
I'm more than 32 light-years away from you, and all the constellations here are shifted. You might not recognize some of them at first glance, but I love it. We can create new ones.
It's safe and beautiful here.
