In this Steal Away (The Night) guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play Randy Rhoads' amazing guitar parts for the live Tribute album version of this awesome song, note-for-note.

The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.

The Ozzy Osbourne/Randy Rhoads Tribute album has always been my absolute favorite Ozzy Osbourne album. I spent countless hours putting on legendary air guitar concerts while listening to it as a teenager. Randy's playing is on FIRE the entire album. The guitar tone sounds HUGE and the energy is just infectious that IMO, it surpasses the original recorded versions of the songs they performed.

One of my favorite songs off the album is "Steal Away (The Night)". When Randy launches into the main riff, it just kicks everything up to a whole 'nother level!

I will take you through each section of the song in the order that each appears on the recording. Randy throws in lots of fills all over the place which is another great aspect of his live performances. If there are any differences between his live performance and the original studio version, I will point that out as well.
