The other day, i was scrolling Instagram when i came across a post by @philx1111 , in which he casually dropped a phrasing concept that i've been sneaking into my pentatonic shred licks ever since i saw it! This easy to play note sequence can turn anyone's tired pentatonic licks into scalding hot shredders in no time, you've gotta learn it!!! I'll show you the idea, and how to get the most out of it and start coming up with your own licks using it. After all, every artist is a gifted thief, right? We all have to learn how to repurpose licks we hear other players use!
