ENRICO REYES started taking piano lessons since 7 years old. He had his first formal lessons with Grace Salas. He continued learning the piano by himself during his high school days and eventually took up music at Philippine Women's University, studying with Sheryl Botabara-De Dios, Richelle Rivera, and later on with Rudolf Golez.

He was a finalist at the 2015 Piano Teachers' Guild of the Philippines Etude Competition. In 2018 and 2019 he joined the Manila International Piano Masterclasses Festival taking lessons with Jovianney Emmanuel Cruz, Elodie Vignon, Chiara Cipelli, Adam Kent, Roberta Rust, Chi-ying Hung, Nelson Delle-Vigne Fabbri, Wael Farouk, and Anait Karpova. Other notable masterclasses are with musicologist Russel Brandon, and with Berlin-based Filipino pianist Abelardo Galang II.
