Pink Floyd, The Show Must Go On - A Classical Musician’s First Listen and Reaction

Pink’s soul is in his songs and although the title an affirmation, he begins by asking: ”Must the show go on?”. What, or which show? Does he mean the rat-race which make people forget the songs, forget their souls? Pink still sings his songs though, but “Where has the feeling gone?”
