There is always someone in the crowd who yells Free Bird at every damn concert, and it has personal connection to the band as well; lead singer Blake Christiana's wife Mandy often listened to her dad play this when she was a kid, and it holds a lot of fond memories for her. We incorporated some of the words from the original song along with the "man who can't change" theme and a song was born. It's a song from our new album "Born Blessed Grateful & Alive". And every artist always wants to leave their mark and to know - If we leave here tomorrow, would you still remember me?
