Prodeus isn't just a badass game because it's GOOD, or because it follows the style of old-school shooters like DOOM, but because it dared to come out ON PC AT THE SAME TIME AS A NEXT-GEN CONSOLE LAUNCH. That is truly insane, but all my game developer friends are getting into it, and now I am, too.
