Background: Willy goes next door to talk to people making too much noise at a party (the sound is like a mongoose attacking a tomcat with a buzzsaw). It turns out to be a bunch of crazy Swedish Viola Punks who are playing their out-of-tune music together and deliberately spreading Viola Virus so as to gain "heard immunity".
