THEN (1983–1999):

NOW (2000–2025):
Despite several lineup changes and personal struggles, the Red Hot Chili Peppers have remained a force in rock music. John Frusciante’s departure in 2009 led to new collaborations, with guitarist Josh Klinghoffer joining the band. The Peppers continued to release new music, including I'm With You (2011) and The Getaway (2016), which featured a more experimental and electronic influence. However, the band's core energy remained intact.

In 2019, John Frusciante returned to the band, bringing a fresh wave of excitement and creative energy. The Peppers embraced their legacy while experimenting with new sounds, releasing Unlimited Love in 2022—a reflective yet forward-thinking album that blended their classic sound with new influences. The band continues to be a powerhouse, known for their intense live shows and enduring presence in the music world.
