This song was written by a good friend Steve Hodak, one of the gems in the Space Coast music scene. In addition to being a musician and singer/songwriter extraordinaire, he and his better half Mel organize a number of music venues and open mics in the area. As such they are responsible for encouraging the development of many young musicians and keeping live music alive.
Steve allowed me to record this and I am grateful because I love the song, wish I cold have written it. The guitar was recorded in one take, no over dubs but on 4 separate channels. Because I had so many mics and wires running around, I decided to record the vocals later which you see here, something I rarely do.
