Summary of changes (from v9.15 to v9.16):
1. ch 3,4 increased timpani for baritone and quartet solos
2. ch 4 changed "seven lamps of fire" to seven violin arpeggios with quick cymbal rolls
3. ch 5,8,18 changed swish on snare drum soundfont and made adjustments
4. ch 18 for "cast into the sea" ended violin arpeggios with cymbal crash
5. ch 19 for "I saw the heaven opened" added harp glissando
6. various adjustments, corrections, etc.
