Summary of changes (from v9.16 to v9.17):
1. ch 6,8,9,10,11,16 changed intros to use bells for seals,trumpets,bowls
2. ch 1,5 there are now 7 arpeggios for the 7 spirits
3. ch 12,14 changed to long and very long fermatas
4. notated where 3/2 was temporarily changed to 6/4 to get around a doubled tempo problem
5. various adjustments, corrections, etc.
