Summary of changes (from v9.18 to v9.19):
1. ch 1,2,8,10,12,14,17,19,22 updated various rhythms for DRA, KJV, and/or WEB
2. ch 2,6,10 removed leading blank measures and/or ending blank measures
3. ch 4,5,15 now use Jacob Collier Audience Choir for areas of audience participation
4. ch 6,16 removed out of range notes for Trumpet and Horn
5. added staff text indicating strings for violin, viola, cello, and double bass glissandi
6. various adjustments, corrections, etc.
