Summary of changes (from v9.19 to v9.20):
1. ch 1-22 revised notation for DRA KJV WEB text sung by choir and soloists to be more idiomatic
examples: ch 4 "Immediately", ch 7 "and to the Lamb!", ch 17 "Mystery, Babylon ..."
2. ch 5,8 simplified choral aahs for the "prayers of the saints"
3. ch 7 added decrescendo for "or on any tree"
4. ch 8 updated dynamics for "there was silence ..."
5. ch 10 text is now all spoken word except for the middle chorus
6. various adjustments, corrections, etc.
