Rick Chang, the New Generation's Most Promising Crossover Pianist, officially released his debut crossover piano album 'FIRE!' at the end of 2023. The album's title track 'Fire' is presented in two unique versions. Today, we're thrilled to unveil the official MV for the Metal version, offering a dual sensory experience with both auditory and visual impact!

The Metal version of 'Fire' showcases a collaboration with Tony Li, a rising star among Taiwan's new-generation electric guitarists, bringing soul to the guitar and bass sections of the song. As the opening track of the album, it forges an extraordinary fusion of metal and piano, featuring intense sixteenth notes, octave clusters, and fierce double kick drum beats, all set to redefine your expectations of piano music.

The track was recorded on a Steinway & Sons piano, lending the music a richer tone and texture. The album was co-produced with Chou Han Tsai, a Taiwan Golden Melody Award-winning recording engineer. Additionally, it includes an 'Atmos panoramic sound mix' produced by Lin Shang-Po, the principal of JL Studio, certified by Dolby ATMOS, creating an immersive audio experience that enhances the listening pleasure. The mastering was further refined by Spanish mastering engineer Pablo Schuller, ensuring the music's exceptional quality.

The MV features scenes from Rick Chang's first major crossover piano concert at Zepp New Taipei, allowing fans who were there to relive the passionate and emotive moments, and offering those who missed it or couldn't attend a glimpse of that intense passion!
