Rock and roll music started in the fifties of the twentieth century in the United States. It is a genre of music that is usually played with electronically amplified instruments. Typical instruments are electric guitar, electric bass, keyboard and drums.

This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for explaining to children what musical genres are and introducing them to rock and roll. It is an excellent video for elementary school.
