Sabbath Sermon: "As They Did in the Upper Room - So Too Must We Today"
Bible verse: Ephesians 4:12-13 | 12 …so that the body of Christ may be built up
13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Question: What does it mean to be in one accord?
The concept of being in one accord is expressed frequently in the Bible, with ten instances in the book of Acts. For example, “All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers” (Acts 1:14). To be in one accord communicates being one in heart and mind.
Today we experience together something “what was and could have been, and the ways it can still happen today!”
