Written and originally recorded by Sam Cooke in 1957 on Keen Records, "You Send Me" was Cooke's debut single. It made a massive commercial success, becoming the No. 1 hit on both Billboard's Rhythm & Blues Records chart and the Billboard Hot 100. It's since ranked no. 115 in Rolling Stone magazine's The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, and is now, here, enlivened with the Slow Balboa dance moves of Anna-Maria & Mickey.
