Samantha LaCroix: Crafting Stories Through Music and Film | Ep. 257

BIOGRAPHY
Samantha LaCroix was born in Vienna, Austria where she began dance and piano studies at a young age. In Toronto Canada, she added dramatic and operatic training. She received a Masters degree in piano performance from TCU in Fort Worth, TX, and continued private opera studies with Lili Chookasian at the Yale School of Music.

She toured the NE with the Magic Lantern Theater Co and took classes with the American Academy for Dramatic Arts and the Broadway Teachers Workshops for several summers while working in local theater and improv productions in FL.

Since moving to Atlanta in 2020, she has played several leading and supporting roles in independent features, shorts, pilots and webseries, and has worked as a stand in and PA on many union sets. She is represented by Barbara Garvey from East Coast Talent. She is making her directorial debut with the full length feature film No Stone Left Unturned, which is currently in post production, and is song writing and recording new music.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her children and pets, reading, writing and creating.
