Thinking about switching from Kartra to Systeme but not sure what to do?
In this video, I share my honest experience as a paying customer of both.
I’ve been using Kartra since 2024 on one of their higher-tier plans, and I’m also on the unlimited plan with Systeme. After using both inside a real online business, I’ve decided to cancel Kartra and move fully to Systeme. But that doesn’t mean it’s the right move for everyone.
Kartra is powerful. It has almost every feature you can imagine. Deep automations, advanced tagging, detailed segmentation, complex integrations.
On paper, it looks unbeatable. The problem is that all of that power comes with complexity. The backend can feel slow and heavy, and simple tasks often take far longer than they should. When you’re trying to launch funnels, sell a course, or make changes quickly, that delay adds up.
Systeme.io is the opposite. It’s more basic. Some features are limited. You don’t get the same level of advanced control. But it’s fast, simple, and intuitive. You log in, do what you need to do, and move on. For me, that speed has been more valuable than having every possible feature available.
I also talk about support. In my experience, Systeme responds within hours, even on lower plans. With Kartra, I’ve waited days, sometimes up to a week, even while paying hundreds per month. When you’re running a business, that kind of delay can slow everything down.
If you’re new, not making much yet, or just want to get your funnels live without hiring help, Systeme will likely make your life easier. If you’re an advanced marketer with a team and you need highly detailed automations, Kartra might suit you better. Just understand the trade-off in time and complexity.
After using both, I regret not starting with the simpler option. I lost a lot of time and money trying to master features I barely used.
