Learn how to play Since I've Been Loving You as performed by Led Zeppelin, released as part of their Led Zeppelin III album in 1970. While there is some slight "inspiration" from the Moby Grape song "Never" released a year earlier (check it out if you are unfamiliar)
The lesson covers Jimmy Page's rhythm and lead parts throughout the whole song. The recording appears to be one performance for the backing track, and the guitar solo is overdubbed afterwards. I'll break down all of it.
The scale that Jimmy is primarily using is the C natural minor scale and the c minor pentatonic scale (which is embedded within the natural minor scale)
