This is a Sonic tune that has stuck with me despite not really having played any Sonic games. I had a lot of fun doing a more funk oriented arrangement with the wah clavinet and synth bass. I had to work to get closer to an appropriate brighter saxophone tone for this style since I usually play with a much darker tone. Also it was interesting to include some funk hammered dulcimer which I played short muted notes using the closed dampers.
