I really like this video. I really do... I saw this opening throw and knew I had to make a video. Paige is just a badass. She is better than the men. Yes, I said it... All things being equal she has better backhand form than all of the men. She does more with less than anyone playing the game. She is a true spinner.... her throw is set up to SPIN. Her release is programmed into the spin, and I explain the concept of the retraction of the shoulder being the key to achieving accuracy and snap.
