SPOKEN WORD APEX: True existence-affirming experiences are crucial to one's sense of purpose. After being immersed in performance poetry for nearly 30 years, Apex is my interpretation of giving lovers of our art form an epic example of what Spoken Word has to offer. The performers are among the top professionals in Spoken Word (inclusive of 3 outstanding poets from the new generation). APEX IS THE HIGHEST POINT, but less because of the renowned poets that grace the stage (now or in the future). APEX IS THE ELEVATED FEELING the crowd gains from exposure to an unforgettable, transcendent, one-off intimate experience.
