Succulent Pup Harvest from Beheaded Echeveria Whimsy

New plants has formed on my beheaded succulent. How do I remove these new babies. Which one do I take off and which ones do I leave on the mother plant? Echeveria Whimsy is my own hybrid. I beheaded this plant 8 months ago and now it has new babies ready to be harvested.
