http://www.vladtv.com - Austin, TX., spitter Tex Garcia sat down with VladTV and discussed his new album, EST 1982, saying he enjoyed collaborating with artists such as Freddie Gibbs, June Summers and Masspike Miles for the album. He recalls being hooked on chopped & screwed music in his younger days, saying it inspired him to pursue rap seriously.

Garcia also spoke on Hip-Hop's fascination with drug kingpins, saying he knows a lot of rappers speak of foreign drug cartels knowing they've never been to these places or witnessed just how violent things can get, but ultimately he doesn't have a problem with people speaking about it or referencing that culture for the sake of their rhymes.
