The calming effect of classical music takes away any jitters or nervousness, and can help to decrease your heart rate and anxiety.
Regardless of how you feel about classical music, research shows that classical music can affect the brain in any positive ways, from boosting memory to aiding relaxation.
According to a famous doctor,
Dr Rob Hicks: "Music is all around rewarding us in so many ways. At one end of the scale music is energising, at the other end of the scale it can help to calm the most stressful situation. Music plays an important role in all aspects of a child’s development. It’s now clear that babies in the womb respond to music. Once a baby is born music can help the process of bonding. As your child grows music plays an integral part of games and other activities and the learning that these can provide.
We know that adults nurture the development of their children and the children they care for by responding to their needs, and when a child is enjoying him or herself and having fun they will be learning. For music to be able to influence children all that’s needed is for it to be played. Then just sit back and enjoy it, and relax in the knowledge that you’re doing your best for your children. "

Who would have thought that classical music gives benefits to our well-being and to a baby’s brain development?
Here are some benefits of listening to Classical music for adults/teenagers:
1. Improved sleep
- Me, as a young adult, I have sleep disorders, sometimes I can’t sleep due to my overthinking and fear of never waking up. But thanks to Mozart’s Song such as this: “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, K. 525: II. Romanze - Andante - Budapest Scoring Symphonic Orchestra”, it really helped me sleep well.

2. Reduced stress
- As a human being, we are prone to stress, and stress is not a joke. One way of reducing stress is through listening to classical music like this: “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, K. 525: I. Allegro - Budapest Scoring Symphonic Orchestra.”

Now let’s move on to the benefits of listening to Classical music for babies/children:
- At this age, the role of music is to help with brain and physical development. The best music for babies should be quiet and soothing like classical and lullabies, so you should avoid loud and upbeat music.

- Studies suggest that playing music to a baby in the womb, and in early childhood years, helps brain development. Some believe that exposure to music whilst in the womb also contributes to increased intellectual ability.
Look at my nephew, he is so smart, his mother and his father are music oriented people and they already know about this, sadly most parents don’t know about this important knowledge. Now let’s share this information to those who don’t know shall we?

Thank you for watching and may God bless you!
